On behalf of Progenesis and our entire team, I would like to share our proactive precautions regarding COVID-19 with you. Amid ongoing concern about COVID-19, Progenesis’ top priority is the health, safety, and well-being of our customers and employees. Our heart goes out to anyone affected by this outbreak.

At Progenesis, serving you is the most important thing we do. We take pride in complying with all regulatory standards and will continue to follow all guidelines set forth by healthcare authorities. We fully understand there may be concerns regarding the shipment of samples due to the latest travel bans. At this moment, we do not anticipate any changes within our operation as a result of these restrictions and will continue accepting samples unless instructed otherwise.

Our employees are dedicated to assisting you to our best ability. In the event where Progenesis has to stop the laboratory operation due to government instructions, travel ban or any unforeseen events, our laboratory is equipped with storage capabilities to hold your samples until testing can be resumed.
